Kathryn Maybury founded KomSec Limited in 1991 to provide the full range of company secretarial services bridging the gap between theory and practical application of company law.

Kathryn’s experience and enthusiasm for company law is reflected in her various advisory roles including membership of the Company Law Review Group which she holds under Ministerial warrant.

Interest in her on-going talks and workshops demonstrates the growing awareness of companies and their advisors concerning the relevance of company law and corporate governance.  Kathryn attends and minutes Board Meetings of some client companies where she helps those companies (including multi-nationals and Joint Ventures) juggle the practical implementation of managing their businesses whilst maintaining corporate governance and compliance with company law.

Van is a highly valued member of the team. Drawing on over 25 years experience in the commercial and Not-For-Profit sector. Van has a BA from NUI Galway, and also holds professional qualifications in Quality Management and in Share Registration and Company Secretarial Practice.

Through maintaining her personal commitment and interest to CPD and keeping up-to-date with regulatory compliance Van brings a wealth of professional experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to her work.

Based in the Midlands, Van manages the operation and regional development of KomSec Limited.

Associates

KomSec Limited maintains a panel of Associates which can be drawn upon as and when the need arises.   Maintaining a varied and skilled range of Associates ensures the company can provide a wide spectrum of activities and practical support services for clients.  

The panel of associates was developed in response to client needs covering a broad spectrum of activities including book-keeping, accounting services, and company law.
